"Friendly and helpful staff"

"This is a brilliant hotel, located right next to the slopes in Tignes Le Lac. The service is outstanding and I must say the staff goes out of the way to help you and make you well comfortable. A special shout out to Sarah who was incredible throughout as well as the staff in the ski shop who were always on hand to help with the equipment and give insights on the slopes. All in all, would stay here again when we are back in Tignes. PS: Having fresh fruit juices available for breakfast is important and is something which should be an option especially when they are available in the bar later in the day."

"Great place, have all amenities. Nicely warm and spacious. Beds must be more comfortable for sleeping. The beds in children's bedroom are hard and make your back hurt. But manager is truly helpful and the whole staff. We had a really great stay!"

"All good very clean, reception were really helpful. Only downside was we didn’t have any heating for the first night which was a bit uncomfortable. They sorted it out first thing in the morning. And we may just have been unlucky. Also you have to go outside to access the pool which is a bit fresh! Overall it’s a really nice accommodation and excellent for families. "

"The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. Marion was a huge help providing information on parking, ski rental, and activity cards. The included breakfast was also fantastic! "
