Great place, have all amenities. Nicely warm and spacious. Beds must be more comfortable for sleeping. The beds in children's bedroom are hard and make your back hurt. But manager is truly helpful and the whole staff. We had a really great stay!

We went here last year and we liked it a lot, this year was even better. Starting from the people at the reception, kind and welcoming, to the amazing animation that took care of our evenings, the kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

Such a lovely hotel and the room was much bigger than expected - the balcony was also huge! Reception staff were always so happy to help and extremely friendly. Kitchen was brilliant in the room and we had the pool to ourselves three nights in a row. Would definitely go back. Only downside was the bath plug didn’t seal so would drain. Not a big issue.

Great Location, ski-in/ski out by Les Boisses

Great location and well equipped room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We dined at the restaurant - lovely food and staff, but the ambience was terrible! Brightly lit, refectory style tables that just seemed plonked in the room! Such a shame as the food was definitely worth going back to. On-site ski rental was really convenient and the staff were great. Only frustration was that as we were checking out mid week, and being collected at 3pm, both the ski rental shop and hotel reception were closed! We had to leave our skis etc in the luggage room of the hotel and hoped that our emails and voicemails were acted on. Still no reply, which is worrying!

The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the maintence man was so helpful and responsive, he fixed the problem in under 5 minutes from the time I spoke to him. Very hard working staff.

Family ski vacation.

Nice hotel in a quiet location with great ski-in ski-out facility. We had an issue with bad drainage smell from both the shower and bathroom. This was to the extent that we couldn’t spend time in the room due to the smell. This was reported to reception on 3 occasions and not once was it addressed. Very disappointing

This so called Residence does NOT PRIVIDE the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap/gel! The lobby sofas are covered with old dirty cloths! They provide misleading information about everything! The jacuzzi costs 17 Euros per person for 45 mins!!! There is no refund on skies, boots and ski pass if you get injured, even after doing what they tell you to do, hours later they say you needed to get an insurance that they never mentioned before. They are not right in front of the bus stop, more like 7 mins going up and down a hill that with big suitcases, is tough! There are hundreds of better places all around Tignes 2100, 1500 and Val D Isere all with ski lifts and Gongola access, all much better than this crappie place!

Das Appartement war schön, sauber, zweckmäßig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Lediglich die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen war sehr limitiert. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Lækkert ski in-out og rummelig lejlighed med køkken, der har hvad der skal til for at lave mindre måltider. Savnede lidt knager/hylder som aflægning ud over dem i entreen. Synes ikke vi havde læst at pool var ekstra udgift, men måske det har stået med småt et sted. Mindre gode åbningstider til pool. Udsigten fra lejligheden er superb og svær at overgå - virkelig lækker!!

Zimmer sind sauber und in der Küche gut ausgestattet, morgens wird Bäckerware frisch geliefert. Skiverleih im Haus und direkter Pistenzugang (Ski in, Ski out). Wifi oft überlastet und schwacher Empfang in unserem Apartment.

Helt okej hotell med dåligt läge

Helt okej lägenhetshotell med Ski in/Ski out längst bort i systemet. Det tar en bra stund att ta sig bort till val d’Isere via backarna. Frukosten var usel. Service i receptionen helt okej. Man måste tydligen boka parkering i garaget innan ankomst, vissa dagar fanns inga parkeringsplatser. Hårda sängar, lite lyhört.

Bon séjour

Tout est conforme pour les appartements qui sont tres bien. Ski au pied pour les pistes et les cours ESF. Le restaurant qui travaille avec l hôtel est très bon et l accueil top. Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. Piscine tres bien. Attention. Il n y a pas d animations pour les adolescents contrairement à ce qui est annoncé... La connexion WiFi est très mauvaise.
