Wystarczający.

Położenie obiektu jest bardzo OK. praktycznie od wejścia do appartamentu do sklepu Sherpa jest 20 metrów a do stoku jakieś 300m Nie trzeba nigdzie daleko chodzic praktycznie jest przy głównej ulicy val claret. Niestety to taki typowy francuski "standard" nieodnawianego apartamentu. Wszystko jest stare i ledwo działa, (ale działa) Val claret to rozrywkowa dzielnica więc w nocy było czasem głośno - słychać było podpitych angoli.

Désuet, sale mais bien situé.

L'appartement n'est pas dans un état très acceptable mais grand, bien situé et pas trop bruyant. Toutefois, les murs de la salle de bains sont sales, les meubles désuets, l'équipement de cuisine fonctionnel mais pas en forme (toaster fondu, portes d'armoires branlantes, etc). Bon pour un groupe jusqu'à 4 personnes avec un petit budget. Armoire à ski très appréciée.

Excellente localisation. Le logement date déjà un peu et mériterait une rénovation, notamment de la salle de bains, surtout pour plaire aux amateurs de carrelage moderne et de tuyaux non bouchés. Néanmoins, très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Superbe vue depuis la fenêtre du salon. Très chaud, belle terrasse. Attention, deux lits simples dans le salon, et non pas de lit double, comme suggéré. Je recommande!

Prestation acceptable

Très bon emplacement au milieu des magasins, a proximite des pistes. A notre arrivée, le chauffage n'était pas allumé, nous avons eu froid pendant 2 jours. L'appartement est tres mal isolé, beaucoup d'air entre par les fenêtres. Le chauffage ne suffit pas a equilibrer la température. La salle de bain était sale, nous avons du la nettoyer en arrivant. Grosse fuite d'eau au niveau des robinets de la cuisine et de la baignoire (les 'nouveaux robinets sont présents dans les placards)

Very noisy at night!

Great location for ski and central. Unfortunately. Very close to nightclubs also meaning noise in early hours of morning! Bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep!!!

Basic but enough room

Plenty of room for three of us and would be OK for 4. Décor and furniture are pretty worn and basic, but usable. Convenient central location, but suffers from some noise as entry is by the ground floor lift and door doesn't keep noise out. No dishwasher or extractor fan - eat out or takeaway if you don't like smoke or washing dishes.
