Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 150 m. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac. Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room studio 25 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Les points positifs de l'appartement: - très belle situation avec vue sur la Grande Motte - le balcon agréable par beau temps - salle de bain très pratique - vaisselle complète Les points à améliorer: - pas de mode d'emploi pour la télé et télécommande en panne - pas de couvercles adaptés aux grandes casseroles - la moquette est agréable mais trop fragile face aux passages et pas facile à nettoyer - prévoir une butée pour la porte d'entrée car risque de briser le miroir sur la porte du placard derrière la porte - un 2ème jeu de clés serait le bienvenu - le rideau de la baie vitrée est trop court en largeur - la porte du balcon ferme mal
