On the 10th floor with elevators of Le Palafour residence, in the heart of Tignes Le Lac. Apartment of nearly 60m² that can accommodate up to 6 people! Comfortable apartment, bright, fully equipped, large balcony, with views of the snow front and the tourist office.

AT THE FOOT OF THE RESIDENCE:
Departure ski slopes for all levels, ski schools (ESF, Evolution 2 and Marmottons (for the little ones!), bakery, restaurants, ski rental shops, shops, supermarkets, bar, free shuttles from the station, Lagoon (swimming pool with slide, paddling pool for children and large pool, spa, fitness room ...)
Tignespace (gym: rock climbing, team sports, gym, trampoline ...),
House Tignes (tourist office) and STGM counters to buy / get your ski passes 50 meters from the apartment.

- 1 bedroom with window overlooking Rue de la Poste with 1 double bed 140x200 + 2 foldable bunk beds + storage

- 1 closed bedroom with double beds 140X200 + cupboard + canopy overlooking the hallway.

- 1 bathroom with sink, Italian shower + towel dryer.

- 1 Wc hanging

- 1 entrance with cupboard and ski boots dryer (6 pairs simultaneously)

- 1 free WiFi internet connection for renters only

- 1 ski locker on the ground floor of the building

The apartment is non-smoking. Animals, even small ones, are not accepted.

In the winter season, the apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Check in 16h and departure 10h. The delivery of the keys is done on the spot.

For the winter: linen not included.
Attention: cleaning end of stay extra if necessary (120 euros to be paid locally).
