Nadia by Theater Home, with garden and marvellous lake view

  • Located in Tignale (Prabione), in an absolutely panoramic position and approximately 7 km from the Lake, the Nadia apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort; it is located just a few steps from the public swimming pool, the visitor centre and the centre of Prabione where you can find a bar and a restaurant. From the balcony you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo and you can eat outdoors in absolute tranquillity. Approximately 2 km away is the centre of Gardola where you can find shops, pizzerias, restaurants etc.

    The apartment is a two-room flat of approximately 50 square metres and can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, a double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, balcony and garden furnished and fantastic lake view. Comforts include the kitchen (4 hobs), German coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, satellite TV, wi-fi and parking space (from the parking space to the apartment there are approximately fifty steps)



    Toilet paper, dish detergent, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the flat.



    Sport and health: Municipal open-air swimming pool at 200 metres, Tennis at 2 km, Mountain-Bike (rental available at Tabaccheria Ferrero), hiking, Nordic walking, Sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at 7 km at Tignale Port. Golf at approximately 13 km (at Golf Bogliaco).



    At check-in our guests will receive two cards, TIGNALE CARD and THEATER HOME CARD, which will allow them to receive various discounts such as for example:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, fast schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Marcella ist wirklich sehr gut, vor allem beim Check-In wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und es wurden gute Anweisungen gegeben. Leider ist bei unserer Ankunft ein Fehler passiert, wodurch die Wohnung vergessen wurde zu reinigen. Da die vorherigen Nutzer alles sehr aufgeräumt hinterlassen haben, dachten wir, das ist der normale Reinigungszustand. Wir haben uns an die Vermieterin gewendet und sofort wurden Lösungen geschaffen, unverzüglich kam die Reinigung und wir haben die Reinigungskosten erstattet bekommen. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das WLAN das 3 Tage vor unserer Abreise nicht mehr funktionierte, da war jedoch nichts zu machen und lag gegebenenfalls an einem gestörten Empfang oder ähnliches. An und für sich ist die Wohnung jedoch super ausgestattet und entspricht voll der Beschreibung, ist soweit sauber und allein der Ausblick ist es wert.

Liegt Nahe Gardola, in einem Bereich in dem es fast nur Ferienwohnungen gibt. Von hier aus lässt sich sehr gut wandern und Rad fahren. Die Unterkunft hat einen ca 50m entfernten eigenen Parkplatz und ist dann über einige Treppchen zu erreichen. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und grundsätzlich mit allem ausgestattet. Handtücher waren jeweils 2 Pro Person da. Spüli, Geschirrhandtuch, schwamm u.ä. sollte mitgebracht werden. Spülmaschine gibt es keine. Auch keine Klimaanlage. Ein Kachelofen für kalte Nächte gibt es auch. Der Ausblick ist vom Balkon und der Wohn/Küche aus war absolut genial, mit Blick auf den See und die gegenüberliegende Gebirgskette.
