"Pros: Wir wurden durch Aurora P. betreut und empfangen; hiermit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sie kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und der Blick auf den See wunderschön (besser, als auf den Bildern dargestellt). Die drei Balkone laden zum Verweilen ein. "Pros: Perfekt war der eingezäunten Garten. Somit konnte unser Hund gemütlich auch ohne Aufsicht im Garten sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort wenn man ein Problem hat. Bei uns hatte in der Dusche der Wasserhahn ein Problem und wurde sofort getauscht. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Hundestrand in Toscolano-Maderno ist ca. 30 min mit der Auto entfernt. Ein Parkplatz gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Danke...

"Pros: Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Betten bequem. TV-Empfang deutscher Programme ok. Modern eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Waschmaschine möglich, wurde aber entfernt. Küchenutensilien ausbaufähig (Schere z.B.). Spiegel im kleinen Zimmer fehlt bei älteren Kindern, die mitreisen. Cons: Sofa eher verdreckt von den offensichtlich vielen Hunden, die darauf gelegen haben. Risse unter den Fensterbänken in den Schlafzimmern. Kein Backofen. Ein Bett die Lehne verschlissen. "Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Hunde sind sehr willkommen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist sehr schön aber weiter oben, man benötigt ca. 18 min mit dem Auto bis man am Gardasee ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Cons: WLAN ist sehr unbeständig und manchmal muss man weiter weg parken (15min Fußweg), da übern Tag meistens kein Parkplatz in der direkten Nähe frei ist, hat uns aber nicht groß gestört."

"Pool wird kameraüberwacht ohne Hinweisschild, keine Handtücher für Pool, nur 3 Schwimmzüge möglich, wird nicht gereinigt, Bänke alle morsch, Schrauben stehen raus, kleiner Garten, Metalltreppe wird so heiß, dass sich Hund die Pfoten verbrennt, Bett nur einseitig begehbar, Matratze rutscht weg, zu hart, Rost für Grill unbrauchbar, Terrasse und Aussicht sind gut. Keine Reinigung zwischendurch, gegenüber wird täglich gereinigt.... für das Geld nicht zu empfehlen"

Hotel Riviera

10/10 Excellent

"We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Riviera. The front desk staff were really helpful and friendly and we were welcomed to the hotel with an early check-in which was great. The room was modern and clean, with a decent sized balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake. The shutters and sound-proof patio door kept the road and neighbouring property noise to a minimum and we slept well every night. The bed was very comfortable and even my wife who has back problems commented how well she slept. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning and the waiting staff were all pleasant. I would stay here again and highly recommend the Riviera hotel if you are staying in Desenzano."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right outside the door so very convenient. For the price of our stay and different amenities this hotel hit the mark!"

"The view from the balcony was amazing, directly looking at the lake, room was plenty spacious and the balcony had plenty of room as well. There is a tunnel from the spa area that goes under the road and brings you out by the sun beds that are as close to the lake as you could get. The pool at the back was perfect (be prepared to wear a little blue swimming cap) and was never too busy when we stayed (late June)"
