  • Cozy 50 sqm two-room apartment on the ground floor, tastefully furnished and located in a quiet area of Tignale, just a short walk from the center, shops, and supermarkets.



    The apartment features a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped induction kitchenette (fridge, freezer, cookware, espresso/American coffee machine, and toaster), a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, covered veranda, and a large private fenced garden of about 200 sqm—perfect for the safety of your dogs (who are welcome). Additional amenities include LED satellite TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, safe, clothes rack, and private barbecue.



    The property is part of a complex of only 4 apartments with private parking, shared washing machine, and a large garden with a 7x4 m pool. Parking and pool are under 24-hour video surveillance.

Eine für Hundebesitzer durchaus empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Pros: Perfekt war der eingezäunten Garten. Somit konnte unser Hund gemütlich auch ohne Aufsicht im Garten sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort wenn man ein Problem hat. Bei uns hatte in der Dusche der Wasserhahn ein Problem und wurde sofort getauscht. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Hundestrand in Toscolano-Maderno ist ca. 30 min mit der Auto entfernt. Ein Parkplatz gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Danke für die Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß 😉 Cons: Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Wohnungseinrichtung sieht zusammgewürfelt aus, was aber an der Funktionalität nicht stört.
