"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"

"El Pao was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. However there were some things that we did not expect. I stayed in the room with the bubble. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. I had the idea that this would be a “bed in breakfast” but because the room could only be accessed by the spiral stairs, the breakfast could not be brought up to the room. We could stay at the hotel the night we paid. Also if you arrived before 9 pm you have to paid 15 euros just for your late check in - insane."

"Very cozy and atmospheric place for a vacation. Beaches are easily reachable if you travel by car (by the way, parking near the hotel was free). The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very big, but offered a great selection and quality of food. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The spacious room included a kettle, fridge, and even a washing machine."
