a challenge

When we arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation in the system . I had quite a challenge to get hold of Hotels.com for assistance . Mailed confirmation of bookings need to be in the local language. Once checked in the room did not have water . The new room did not have hot water . The hotel is fantastic and we hope to get hot water today

O quarto impecável, equipe atenciosíssima e cuidadosa, local lindíssimo com visitas de sagüis e outros animaizinhos, não vi um inseto como esperado para o clima quente de Pipa, como aranhas ou outros dentro do quarto, tv com acesso à Roku, deixa tudo mais prático inclusive! A pousada é maravilhosa. Não dei 10 por alguns itens... a tv que n é smart, o cheiro forte de mofo ou madeira com que tem no quarto devido ao forro de madeira e o chuveiro que gasta muita mas muita água d nada de aquecer. Deveriam rever as descargas que desperdiçam muita agua e o aquecimento da água que não funcionou nenhum dia que estive. O jardim, piscina e café são perfeitos. Localização excelente pra mim que n tenho problemas em caminhar e estava de carro.

Hotel maravilhoso!

O hotel é lindo. Os espaços são acolhedores, ricos em detalhes e com muita natureza. Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos pelo Bruno na recepção. Nos hospedamos na suíte e o único detalhe é que ela fica em cima do restaurante e pra quem gosta de descansar um pouco mais, pode se incomodar com o barulho logo cedo, porém o hotel possui outras opções de acomodações e são todas muito bonitas.

Chegamos quase 21h no hotel , viemos de uma viagem cansativa e logo na recepção tivemos um tendimento bem deficiente. Meu esposo estava com uma distensão na panturrilha, por isso pedimos um quarto sem escadas, o que nos foi informado que não havia quartos disponíveis, porém no outro dia , durante o café, soubemos que havia. O quarto estava bem ruim, toalhas que apareciam o outro lado de tão finas ,com aspecto surrado. Banheiro com azulejos velhos mofados, um guarda roupa super pequeno e bem velho. Mas o pior ainda estava por vim! Ficamos quatro dias dormindo sem ar condicionado, solicitamos ajuda na recepção e nos foi informado que mandaria um técnico, mas isso não aconteceu, durante todo o tempo que ficamos lá. Hotel parece largado, sem manutenção. Cheio de regras , não pode , não pode ,não pode... Um único ponto positivo fica para as meninas do café da manhã, bem educadas e solícitas, assim como toda comida que elas fazem. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e muito bem servido.

Tem muito a melhorar!

O check-in foi razoável, atendente pouco simpático, atendimento do bar da piscina muito bom, o quarto antigo, colchão horrível, dormi mal, café da manhã muito bom, com atendentes simpáticas e prestativas. Primeiro hotel que me hospedei em que são cobradas toalhas para a piscina. Não tenho vontade de retornar a esta hospedagem.

O lugar é lindo, fazendo juz ao nome "garden" com muita vegetação deixando uma atmosfera de estar junto à natureza.
