Short stay.

Very nice hotel close to airport - used it as a last night stay after playa blanca when getting early flight home nect morning. Staff very friendly helpful. Couldnt fo enough for guests. Great display of food provided for Breakfast / dinner that was good quality and fresh. Would recommend for the older guests. It met my needs for my stay due to close proximity to airport. Hotel was very clean with staff constantly cleaning hotel.

Hotel is nice if not a little dated in places. The rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. Rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities which is a little strange for a 4* hotel. You have to buy tea and coffee. Fridge facility was a bonus for keeping water etc.

Not suitable for families , too many older people. Wifi does not work in the rooms , very poor connection. Pools were not always heated, only when asked were they then heated up an one or two days. Food was nice but waiters pushing drinks at service which is extra was off putting. Steps up and down to ground floor is a bizarre design. Hotel has potential but needs an upgrade.

Generally Good - One or two issues.

Booked a 6 night stay at a cost of £135 per night. Good sea view but room a little tired. Wallpaper old fashioned blown vinyl with lots of marks on it. Not that it was a major issue but I could only get two English tv channels on tv, BBC 2 and sky news. Had to pay for use of fridge and there was no tea/coffee making facilities - they cost extra. Food generally good with plenty of choice - could be warmer though - veg was cold. Pool good nice grounds. Main reception area nice. Staff quite helpful. Location is good and beach is easily accessible from the hotel. In summary, this hotel just lacks a few touches to be competitive 4* hotel given that there are some new modern stylish hotels up and coming in the resort. It’s a little disappointing that services you would expect to be given at a 4* hotel have to be paid extra for.

Not a bad stay

Stay was okay. Hotel is mostly for older couples and seems to be aimed at that age group - there’s a dress code for dinner. If you are going to be working remotely while staying at the hotel be aware that the Wi-Fi works sometimes in the rooms on phone but not at all on my laptop. I had to work from close to reception on the days that I worked and I had to ask for it to be reset a couple of times. I didn’t use my all inclusive much, the food that I did try was okay. They have an outdated system where you have to carry your all inclusive card at all times and sign a receipt whenever you use your all inclusive. The pools were amazing and heated which I loved. You can hire beach towels for a €10 deposit and these can be exchanged for new ones every day. I went out most nights so didn’t get a chance to see the entertainment at night but it sounded okay from what I heard. The rooms were cleaned every day and were very clean. The only issue I had was that the shower leaked onto the floor no matter what I tried to prevent it resulting in a large puddle every day. Overall - not a bad stay but they could work on updating a few things to attract younger guests.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und ist uns immer entgegengekommen. Die Cocktails und das Essen beim Büfett waren sehr gut, jedoch wünschten wir uns mehr Auswahl an Essen beim Mittagessen. Beim Büfett gab es leider einen Mitarbeiter, der unfreundlich war (gab uns auf Nachfrage keine Getränkekarte und erwartete, dass wir uns direkt entscheiden und wies uns einen Platz zu, ohne nachzufragen, ob wir an dem Tisch sitzen möchten. Er war sehr hektisch und alles musste nach ihm schnell gehen, welches uns ein unangenehmes Gefühl gab). Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und lieb. Das Hotel bietet auf der Terrasse sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gibt eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles in einem waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank nochmal !

Réception top! Resto très moyen!

Le personnel de la réception est très bien, disponible et sympathique. En revanche le personnel du restaurant est plutôt désagréable voir mal poli : un des serveurs a engueulé des personnes âgées devant tout le monde car « ils ne respectaient pas le protocole sanitaire » et ils ont eu le malheur de s’asseoir à une table ou il fallait pas et un autre (un autre jour) virait littéralement des personnes des tables en debarassant les tables alors que les personnes n’avaient même pas fini de manger.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was as expected as on previous stays just a little different because of Covid which is necessary. We had a very efficent and welcoming check in and found all the staff helpful and friendly. We would especially like to mention Stephenie who was helpful when we requested a room change for personel choice and not only did she accomodate us but always with a friendly smile and pleasant manner. The food both at breakfast and dinner was top notch an excellent choice. Hope to return next year Covid permitting.

Lovely San Antonio

The San Antonio hotel was wonderful and we really enjoyed our short stay. Xmas decorations were being put up as we arrived which was extra special.
