My room was clean,there wasn't any water placed in my room,however on check out I was asked to pay for using 3 bottles of water that I didn't consume. However I didn't pay as I explained there wasnt any bottled water there. The staff except for Ruby are well below average. Ruby went Above and Beyond to ensure my transport and safety needs were maintained throughout my stay in Vietnam. The area outside the hotel is safe,walkable and lots of shopping and dinning options.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop pool is perfect after a hot day. For real, the staff welcome you with a cold drink and a cloth to wipe your hands. We left and came back a few times while we did excursions to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and they welcomed us back each time. On our last day they lined up by the car and waved bye. It was such a wonderful experience.
