Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus macht das Parken unkompliziert. Cons: Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einer Kurve an der Hauptstraße, demnach ist es schon laut wenn die Fenster offen sind oder auch wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt.
