"I dont know what i did to make the woman at the desk upset with me. I rang the bell a couple of times and then she came out and was displeased with me. There was a note on the desk that wifi was our and being worked on. It didncome back on the second day. The eoom was clean and the bathroom was nicely upgraded. But the toilet tissue holder was hanging onto the wall by one loose screw. I didnt feel unsafe except that there were signs everywhere that the hotel was not responsible for theft or vandalism. The signs made me more apprehensive. The little town is cute and the train to the grand canyon is right behind the hotel. Very convenient. Safeway is across the street which was also convenient."

"Avoid this hotel, staff are unhelpful and it's not worth what we paid they are trying to be high end but failing. Cleaner and staff also really loud in the morning playing music out of a loud speaker shouting talking really loud not possible for a lie in here."
