Room was clean, bed was comfortable. But only one bath towel provided, and only 1 coffee pod. Breakfast was snacks. But this is what you get in Thunder Bay for this price. Other hotels in TB are insanely priced. At least this was relatively "affordable "

No hot items on the breakfast unlike Super 8 in Brandon Manitoba which had hot eggs and sausages. Back door to rooms was handy but the step going up to the room was a bit of a trip hazard. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

There was blood on the bathroom door. Water came up from the floor board when you walk on it. The bath tub didn’t drain properly, so by the time I finished my shower, I had water up to my ankles. The tv remote didn’t work. The sink fixture was falling apart. Very dated. Sheets and towels were worn out. There were no face cloths. Staff was very nice though. Recommended a lovely breakfast dinner. Helped us print documents that we needed.

The place was clean, but it's not somewhere I could recommend. If I was paying 80$ a night, it would be fine, but not 300$. It's old, run down and while the beds are decent, the only saving grace is the staff are good.

Clean room, updated recently despite being a very old travel motel. Beds were good, check in was easy. The facility is unfortunately right beside a major thoroughfare and it has very little noise-proofing, so if you're a light sleeper you'll have a hard time with how loud it gets at night.
