"We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Oct 4-9. The room was spacious and clean. The indor and outdoor pools were open and the hot tub was working. We had breakfast at the Hotel, and it was a very good cafe with good service and we were able to enjoy our breakfast and coffee. The CapeCod bike trail was accessible via a path behind the motel. The area has a lot of good dining options, and it was easy for us to get to beaches nad sightseeing spots along the outer Cape. They had homemade chocolate chip cookies at reception, which was a really nice treat after a long drive. We would definately recommend this as an affordable option and would stay again."

"The office staff was awesome especially since for some reason we got wrong directions to get there. Recommend several local establishments to dine at. Room was beautiful, very ckean and comfortable. "

"Magical. Wonderful location situated right on the beach and the bay. Space was plentiful and we only needed the first level. Play space for kids in basement and two bedrooms at floor 2. Parking space adjacent to property. 2 steps up to main door so easy for older folks. "

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in. We rented linens which came by recommendation of the owner. The size of rooms and lay out were as described and the beds were comfortable. They have extra chairs and beach chairs and a few water toys in the basement, washer and dryer were used and great. The TV took some getting used to, it is not a smart TV so if you have not used chrome before you need the app on a device. We brought our Apple TV and it worked fine. Good variety of pans,etc. for cooking and glasses, blender, utensils etc. Missing some non-serrated sharp knives so may want to bring your own. One other unexpected note the roof top deck appears to imply you can see the ocean and sunsets, we were expecting to use it but were disappointed it is dilapidated and locked access understandably. The deck is in great shape. Nice fire pit area. Campground beach has great sunsets and nice size beach area nice to walk over and not need to park or pay. We would definitely rent again! "It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. "
