"Even off season this house was exactly what we were looking for it had views that went on forever. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a wonderful holiday. House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition. "

"This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! We loved sitting outside around the fire at the end of long days out enjoying different parts of the Cape. We also loved being able to easily get to so many beaches within just 10-15 minutes from here. We couldn't have imagined a better or more communicative host! Thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay."

"You can reach one of the bedrooms and attached bathroom only through another bedroom—not disclosed in the listing. The keypad at the entrance was difficult —we had to punch the numbers at just the right speed, and had to try multiple times to get in. One set of doors in the back had a note not to open it. The TvV remote had no batteries The toaster oven did not work properly. The property owner responded via text when cu, but not quickly. Worst place I’ve rented on the Cape."

"Great location 5 minute walk to beach. Cottage in great need of maintenance and not well equipped ( kitchen. No heat and no blankets — yes, we were cold) Will not return here"

"The cottage exceeded our expectations ( which we booked in May). It was cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities we could have asked for. I even loved the chipmunk who visited the deck each morning to say hello. "
