      I would say this property is a work in progress. It is a basic home with a great kitchen, dining area and nice living room. Beds are comfortable. But, there are no electrical outlets in the main bathroom and the house is next to a train track, so be prepared to hear a train occasionally, including in the middle of the night. Didn't bother me, but some of my companions were annoyed. The owner is VERY nice and communicative and resolved a couple issues quickly upon our arrival, so he gets 5 stars for that. Again, this is a basic home, not a luxury property so be prepared for that. Personally, I would stay there again as my needs are simple, but others in my party were not happy with the condition of the house. New washer and dryer and large fridge and working microwave and new couches.
