"Definitely time for them to update their rooms, but the stay and staff are always great. The rooms were clean, just outdated. Elevators were also a 10+ min wait at times. Front desk, valet, bartenders and other staff were amazing and helpful. Love that it’s pet friendly with balconies and views of the water. As a local, I hope Omni invest in their CC location. It’s the best hotel by default but has so much potential to be a 5 star with its staff, view, location and restaurants."
