"The hotel next door is under major renovation Although closed, you drive through that lot to get to this hotel. Afternoon front desk person was very friendly. Parking is not included in the room price. Small issues such as pancake machine at breakfast out of order and no toilet paper in the mens restroom in the lobby. Biggest issue was the room. Overnight so much humidity built up the floor became very wet. Not damp, but wet enough to soak your socks or require towels to pick up. All our clothes, pillows we brought, luggage and wife's purse felt very damp to the touch when we woke up. They sent someone up to actually mop the floor, but it began again as soon as the AC came on. Not a disaster of a night but we will probably look for another hotel on our next trip."

"Room wasn’t that clean but it was a smokers room so u get what you pay for. Overall no bed bugs and the ac worked so win win."

"our room had roaches, there was a big hole in the kitchen where a drawer was supposed to be, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, like a tiny water fountain, the light fixture in the bathroom was literally missing lol, cheap, but you get what you pay for, the hotel smelled like weed. wont be returning!!"

"The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was sub par. They obviously spend their time and effort on the lobby. In our room, the curtains would not close letting light in all night. Bathroom faucet damaged, handles just spun around, shower bar broken letting water out on floor, shower drained so slow I was standing in ankle deep water by the end of my shower, moldy substance on the floor around sink and shower, toilet is tiny and sits so close to the floor I heard my knees crack when I sat on it, I’m not an Oompa Loompa, spring for a higher toilet, some of us are old! There is no fan in the bathroom, so it fogs up like the Amazon rainforest, the hinges on the door were so rusted we had to force the door closed when you use the bathroom. It’s very loud, we were on the 16th floor and we could hear the traffic going by below us all night. Unlike every other holiday Inn, I’ve stayed at, this one had no complementary coffee downstairs, they charge you $12.99 for breakfast, which is the same breakfast that I’ve always gotten free at every other Holiday Inn we’ve stayed at. You get paper plates and plastic silverware and walk through the line buffet style getting your own food, coffee and other drinks. And then they have the audacity to give you your receipt to sign and it asks for a tip on it, which they do nothing for. Seriously? The last thing I will say, if you’re going to have a coffee shop downstairs that says it opens at six then open at six not 630. Never again."

"The hotel is a little outdated and run down but my room was very clean and comfortable. The battery in air conditioning control on the wall was dead so I could not control the temp but it was cool enough and I was comfortable. "

"The rooms do not look like the photos shown on Expedia. While the general layout was similar, the actual condition of the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bed covers, and the room had a strong mildew smell. The caulking around the shower was completely gone, which made the bathroom feel poorly maintained. Some of the furniture was unstable and looked like it was falling apart. The outside of the property also looked very weathered and run down. I wasn’t expecting a five-star hotel, but I also wasn’t expecting the property to be in such poor condition. I ended up checking out within a few hours of arriving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. Overall, it did not match the expectations set by the listing."
