I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly. But the quality of the room was terrible. Our room door lock was ripped off. NO HOT WATER!!!!! We tried waiting for the hot water and nothing! How do they expect people to bathe with no hot water when it’s 30 and below degrees outside. The shower was extremely stained and peeling. The bed was uncomfortable and blanket had something like food stuck on it when we arrived. The top sheet had yellowing stains

Reception staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and presentable. Excluding the bathroom. The toilet was not properly cleaned. Waste was still floating in the toilet water.

I stopped in for a late night sleepover as my wife and I were tired from driving after a doctor's appointment in San Antonio. It was about 11 p.m when we tried checking in. It took a while as the clerk on duty was not in the office so we had to call the number listed. I unfortunately booked the wrong date of the stay so that took a while to get resolved although upon check in to the room everything was fine and to be expected. There was a small gap at the top of the door which caused the room to be humid. The cleanliness was fine no complaints in that department. There was no remote control for the TV and we could not change the channels manually. I also didn't appreciate being woken up and the door opened at 9 a.m in the morning to try and rush us to get out. Thankfully we had the door guard in place. Other than that it was average. I didn't get to try their breakfast so I have no comment on that. I'd stay again in a different room and advise them to not wake up guests for no reason especially since they are paying for checkout till 11 a.m.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Room a whole nother story. I got bit by ticks bed bugs and a roach beat me to drinking my coffee. And as i walked it it was saturated with the smell of must, mildew, and just overall nasty. Beds were made made to look esthetically pleasing but when u pulled back the covers it just had flat sheets notting to protect u from the mattress so kind of weird. Checked in at 11 pm. We were exhausted but couldnt sleep so we got up n left at about 3 am. Just a horrible stay.
