"hot tub is just a warm tub, no jets, very outdated"

"Horrible place. Do not stay here. Smells bad, looks dirty and horrible customer service. They don’t have a front desk employee, you have to call someone else so they go over there and it can take them up to 20 minutes to get there. They didn’t tell me my room was changed because the heater was broke and they gave me a room with one bed even though I paid for a room with two beds. They ended up getting us a room in the hotel near that one. Even if it’s cheap I won’t recommend it at all. The wanted to cancel our booking even though it was 1:30 am and it was their mistake. They felt pressured to find us a different hotel. No clean, no costumer service, no responsibility and accountability. Worst hotel ever. "

"This was a fine place to stay, but be aware that there is no staff at the desk overnight. We happened to stay the same time as a large, loud wedding party. Quiet hours were not observed whatsoever - they were in the hot tubs late at night blasting music, and the door from the hot tub area to the hallway with rooms was constantly propped open. It was so loud and awkward to have to deal with it ourselves. But our room was nice and spacious, and the location was convenient to mountain bike trails we were there to ride. The continental breakfast was just okay. I would consider staying again, but I recommend having staff available to shut down the hot tub scene at a reasonable hour and remove the doorstop from that door so it can’t be propped open."
