"Our room was very clean and we had a wonderful view of Kingston harbour. We were very disappointed with the boxed breakfast. For the amount of money spent per night I think a better breakfast would be appropriate. If you don’t eat muffins and yogurt the remaining breakfast items of two hard boiled eggs and a piece of cheese was disappointing."

"I was told the shower/bath ratio throughout is about 50/50 so I was happy to get a bath, but the push plug didn't seal at all well. Nice to get sports channels, but there's no TCM. However, it's a very nice hotel and certainly a nice location. It was my second stay there."

"Our stay was great. The staff were great at checking and at breakfast. Highly recommend staying here. I only had one issue and it was that there was no top sheet on the bed, just the bedspread quilt. I get warm and often only need a sheet but it was missing. Loved the size of the room, it was clean and comfortable."

"When we arrived our non smoking room smelled like smoke, which everyonen in our group agreed, we told the front desk because we wanted another room and the receptionist was very rude saying that it did not smell like smoke without even going to the room, we took him and he kept saying that it did not smell when it very clearly did and he was refusing to get us another room. After my husband started to get annoyed by his attituted he agreed on changing rooms. everything else besides that was good."
