"finally an accessible room with a wheel in shower as described. large room ,wonderful bathroom for our needs. owner/operator and family live on site. very attentive to our needs. housekeeping does a great job. adequate breakfast with limited choices but does have a waffle maker. nearby dunkin, byrne dairy, diner if you want something else. well lit area.. felt safe. easy on/off from thruway"

"My only complaint is I had to wait 45 minutes for my room to be ready when I went to check in at 3:00pm. This wasn’t a huge deal for me being I had friends also staying there and hung out with them. Overall this is my second time staying here and I would again."

"Bobs home was just as the pictures showed. Spotless and all the supplies you could think of. The house was totally 5 star . It was thoughtful of Bob to met us at check in to show us around and explain things to us. We had a small family reunion gathering and was perfect with all the sleeping areas and bathrooms. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the docks catching a ton of fish making it a thrill for the grandkids and adults alike. We all have stayed at homes along the east coast and this rates as one of the best!! Hopefully to return next year. Thanks again Bob for sharing you home with us"

"An absolute perfect week-long getaway. The property and amenities were fantastic - kitchen and washrooms outfitted very well. Additions of deck chairs, fire pit(s) -1 gas on deck, one firewood sitting area down by the water; kayaks, canoes, paddles and flotation devices were an excellent addition. The location and activities at farm markets, historical sites, hiking/water activities around the area are tremendous (visit the beaver dam around sundown, just 7 minute walk from the property into the adjacent state park!). Our host Jan and team were wonderful and very responsive, before -during-and at checkout. Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND anyone considering a lakeside retreat to engage with them and plan a visit to any of their properties (when they are not booked by us - we definitely plan to be back!)!"
