Rooms were old and rundown. Shower had no place to put toiletries. Zero counterspace at the sink. Double beds in the room for 4 were tiny! Not enough room for even 2 kids to sleep comfortably in the bed. No complimentary anything in the room, not even water?? Will not return and would not recommend.

The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great.
The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago.
We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice.
The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

First time staying at TOOR and we were very impressed. The room was clean and had a very fun and funky vibe.
Valet parking efficient and reasonably priced.
Will definitely book again.

We stayed the same weekend as a hockey tournament was happening. It was very busy and the pool was packed and over chlorinated which of course makes sense with the number of kids at the hotel. Being there without kids, it would’ve been nice to have been offered something like breakfast or an app ...

We paid full price however the AC in the mid tower wasn’t working. Only in the North tower. The air was dead during the night. Because no air was moving, the room was hot and uncomfortable. If we knew the Ac was not working we would have booked somewhere else or at least expected a discount.
