The air conditioning does not work, the refrigerator had to be reset to be used. There were ants in the front foyer, and in the kitchen. The grass was taller than my two year old child. The hot water doesn’t get hot. The upstairs bedrooms do not have ceiling fans, if traveling with kids, like I did, do NOT stay here. When I talked to the host about the temperature, I was told to give until 10am the next day. Leaving the house at or above 80 degrees for the duration of our stay. You’re not getting what you pay for in this house.

The house was nice but the air conditioning did not work well. After arriving for check in the house was very warm and did not cool off much for our entire stay. It was hot in the bedrooms making it hard to get a good night sleep. The water would not get above warm so no hot showers. I contacted the host, they told me to run the water longer. I replied after trying their suggestion and letting them know it didn't work, but didn't receive any communication forbthe remainder of our stay. It wasn't a big deal but the falls are about 25 minutes away, not a stones throw. The yard/grass was overgrown and unusable.
