This inviting Four bedroom house is designed for simple & comfortable living. As you step inside you're greeted by a bright & airy living room, perfect for relaxing with family or entertaining. Throughout the house the emphasis is on simplicity, functionality and comfort, with a layout that flows easily and provides ample space for everyday living. It's a home that feels warm and welcoming. Enjoy a trip to the Falls, 10 min away and come back to unwind at Our Simple Haven.
The space
Our Simple Haven features an open concept, bright living room with two Sofa beds, & access to the yard. Adjacent to the living room is a functional living room, ideal for every day meals or intimate gatherings.
The heart of the home is the well appointed kitchen, featuring practical counter space & plenty of storage, making meal preparation a breeze. A convenient half bathroom adds to the home's functionality.
Upstairs, you'll find Four comfortable, bright bedrooms.
Master bedroom offers King Size Bed, Dedicated Work Desk, Walk in Closet and an ensuite bathroom, providing a personal oasis.
A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms to ensure comfort for everyone.
Laundry Room with washer and dryer is also located on the top floor.
We offer Two Free Parking spots: One spot in the garage and other on the driveway.
House is equipped with all the basic essentials. We look forward to hosting you to our simple and cozy home.

We all had a great time at the house! We are very happy with our visit. The host contacted me a few times to make sure all was well. The house itself was clean and well maintained. The amenities were excellent too. We had everything we needed. Great stay!
