"Upon first seeing the property, it was I need of some attention due to being an older facility. However, inside the room, it was very clean, comfortable and it good condition. The only thing I’d mention is that in our room, the carpet needed to be stretched to take out the ripple. But I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!"

"I saw how expensive the Home 2 Suites nearby was and looked for another property that was dog friendly. Elkotel was even more dog friendly and at a much more affordable cost. The staff were great and the amenities, just what we needed. My dog and I had a great night’s sleep. Would love to see some grass or turf to make potty trips a little easier but that would be my only suggestion. Thanks!"

"Everything was fine except the ice maker was broken and the front desk had run out of ice bags. When temps are over 100 that's not good. Also, there were exit doors at the middle and back of the hotel that were supposed to be closed at all times with no way to enter through these doors. All entries were supposed to be through the front entrance which is inconvenient. So, people were keeping these doors propped open. There should be a key card system at these doors, so they can be kept closed but allow guests to enter through these doors."

"Biggest issue was that the room was not cleaned and stocked; back of toilet seat area was dirty, floor was sticky, and one of the beds looked as if it had been used. I had to go to the front desk to get bar soap, because it had not been restocked in the bathroom."
