"The room was at the end and quiet but at 1 am they moved a family of 18 to all the room next to me and it took over an hour screaming kids banging it was awful the lady at the desk the next day responded to my email she was amazing moved me to an upgraded room didn’t let them move anyone above me and kept it quiet for the rest of my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the issue. So if it wasn’t for her I would never go back. "

"First time i stayed it wasmt bad rooms weremt the best and hallwayss and rooms smelled like poop bad but this time the lady behind the desk was rude and didnt wanna help anyone they were straight lazy and the room wasnt really clean at all and smelt like stale ciggaretes and alcohol the resturant got me extremly sick like coupdnt get out of bed was going to have to pay for a second day because i was so sick with food poisoning except the front desk people refused to let my wife pay for an extra night up there instead told us to go online and do it wich was ridiculouse id like a refund this wasnt worth the money i paid at all "

"We were pleased to travel with our well- behaved dog. However, I look at the bed covering with stains on it which bothered me . The bed was uncomfortable for us but others may not be so particular - The breakfast area was very clean & tidy. I felt like the owner came out to watch me as I made my choices and I left quickly feeling uncomfortable.
The check-in was unwelcoming 😌"
