"Sweetest little cabin for our family of 4! It had everything we needed for a long weekend and was the perfect location...not too far away from town but we still had quiet in the mountains. Our kids had a blast exploring the creek below the cabin. Loved drinking coffee on the porch each morning and watching the deer family eat their breakfast! Communication with the rental company was excellent, it was a really refreshing change being able to speak to a person. Directions to the home were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again."

"A quiet cabin at the end of a private drive... super secluded and NO through traffic. Perfectly located between West Jefferson, Boone and stunning Blowing Rock with nearby Moses Cone "Flat Top" home off the BRP.Lows in the low 50s and highs in the mid 70s in the middle of August! And wow, daily picture-perfect sunsets from the ridgeline overlooking a valley and Christmas tree farm. Be sure to be up around sunrise and watch the fawns & yearlings playing in the front yard. So amusing! Owner made contact before & during our stay (but not intrusive) just to make sure all was well... it wasn't... it was PERFECT! LOLThanks Paul for offering us your cabin for the week! Will certainly come back."

"Great lodging for our ladies retreat. Very clean and well stocked. The host has thought of everything you could need for your stay and if you forgot it in town...it was probably there. Felt just like home. Only a short drive into town for dinner and shopping but we loved the peaceful setting when winding down. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again."

"Truly the coziest place to experience and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of nature and mountains. We were able to enjoy many outdoor adventures and hikes, but our favorite was simply swinging on the front porch, talking by the camp fire and trying to feed the fish in the pond. The cabin was absolutely beautifully kept, inside and out, and the sleeping areas were by far the comfiest, coziest spots out there. Thank you for opening your amazing cabin to us, and helping our family add more memories to our story!!"
