"The rooms ( 3rd floor) dont have air conditioned, 35 deg heat was unbearable. The hotel eventually provided a weak desk fan. The windows at that level dont open fully so no draught either.. The room was clean, however the rainfall shower was not cleaned on the top, very dusty, ironically it should ..."

"Absolutely fantastic stay as always. We have been many times in the past. I would recommend this accommodation to anybody wanting to stay near to Skegness. The Red Lion pub just around the corner is excellent, great food/drink and staff!"
