What a lovely stay! The holiday home in Theux was the perfect getaway for our family of six, The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their own space, and the enclosed garden was a hit with the kids, We spent our days hiking through the nearby forest and even took a trip to Plopsaland, which was only a short drive away, In the evenings, we relaxed in the sauna and bubble bath, enjoying some quality family time by the fireplace, Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable, Highly recommend it for families!

Upon arrival, the house had been cleaned thoroughly and the windows had been left open for ventilation. It was nice and cool, despite the fact that it been warm and sunny. Unfortunately the open windowshad let in some flies and a lot mosquitoes, the latter pricking my youngest son many times. We kept the windows closed after that, but kept encountering them. The cottage would greatly benefit from screen doors. The house was well equipped, plenty of pots and pans (the biggest frying pan could use replacing though), plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. We were surprised to find a Nestle Dolce Gusto next to a normal coffee machine and water boiler. The sofa was comfortable, but had some wear and tear. The TV had mostly french language stations, but also a few Flemmisch, Dutch, German and UK. The bedrooms were decorated tastefully, mattresses were fine, pillows a bit too thin and soft for our taste. The upstairs entertainment room was just great for the kids, but unfortunately only two or three DVD movies were Dutch, the rest French and English. The WiFi was adequate, with reception in most of the house apart from the furthest bedrooms. Upatairs Shower was spacious and comfortable and had a blow dryer. Didn't use the downstairs bathroom, sauna or gym, but the kids did enjoy the hot tub.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind fantastisch, jedoch herrscht im Haus eine Mückenplage, man kann nicht lüften und wird zerstochen. Mückengitter vor den Fenstern und Türen wären wünschenswert. Die Nacht wird hier zum Horror, da man die Mücken surren hört, jedoch nicht alle töten kann und weiß man wird wieder mit fünf bis zehn neuen Stichen wach.

Huis met veel luxe. Mooie rustige plek. Veel ruimte in en om het huis. Minpuntje: geen horren voor de ramen. Je werd lek gestoken door alle muggen. 🙈 verder een fijn onderkomen voor meerder personen. Waardoor je samen en alleen kon zijn. Oja, ze hadden wel een wasmachine maar geen droger. En het droogrekje was ook heel klein. Das een beetje lastig. Als je nog wat wil investeren in het huis, dan graag op deze twee punten. 🤗👊

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein Wochenende mit 2 Familien dort verlebt. 2 Hunde waren mit am Start. Whirlpool und Sauna wurden genossen, die Hunde konnten sich im eingezäunten Garten austoben. Draußen sitzen und genießen. Check in dank der Schlüsselbox sehr einfach und unabhängig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Fantastisches und wunderbar komfortables Ferienhaus, das wirklich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist und zu 100 % den Fotos und der Beschreibung auf Belvilla entspricht. Das Haus liegt in einer wirklich schönen, aber ruhigen Gegend, ideal, auch wenn Sie Kinder haben Wie beim Wandern (oder Mountainbiken) sind Sie nur 500 Meter von den schönsten Wanderwegen entfernt, die die Ardennen zu bieten haben. Supermärkte usw. sind alle in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar.

Gewoon een net luxe huis in een mooie omgeving.

Mooi groot huis met een mooi sauna gedeelte. Vooral met de fiets super omgeving. Alleen naar de supermarkt is wel een stukje rijden.

De ene douche loopt het water onderaan het raam los de vloer op en de andere badkamer kon de afvoer het water niet op tijd opnemen waardoor het water uit de inloopdouche loopt. Bubbelbad was ook jammer, bubbels stopten om de minuut. Tuin was degelijk, heel goed voor de honden. Rustig gelegen, degelijke bedden en keuken.

Heel fijn huis om naar toe te gaan. Fijne houtkachel, sauna en bubbelbad. Meerdere badkamers en veel ruimte als je met meerdere personen bent. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo de bossen in, meerdere mooie wandelroutes, met hoogte verschillen. Zeker een aanrader.

Irgendwie leider nur mittelmässig ...

Bei Ankunft fand keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe statt sondern es gab lediglich vorab einen Code per Mail, um die Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselkasten zu nehmen. Fotos im Inserat entsprechen teilweise nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zustand des Objekts: - Waschbecken im Wellnessbereich exisitiert nicht mehr - Doppelwaschbecken im Bad im Obergeschoss wurde durch ein einzelnes Waschbecken ersetzt - Stühle am Esstisch wurden ersetzt Die Schlafzimmer sind in der Realität deutlich kleiner als auf den offenbar mit Weitwinkel geschickt gemachten Fotos und das gesamte Haus ist sehr hellhörig. DIe Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig: - fast alle Teller angestossen - Gläser und Besteck wirken zusammengewürfelt und sind teilweise nicht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden Fazit: Insgesamt lieblos wirkendes Ferienhaus. Wer nicht viel erwartet, kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Wir können dieses Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.
