Excellent place for a short stay

This hotel would be great for a short stay with minimum luggage. The street is narrow and it is hard for cabs to pickup and drop off. The elevator is small. The room is just big enough. The front desk staff was great and helped us overcome these issues. The location was incredible.

It was good besides that the shower is partial opened, so water splashes out. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Recommended many great restaurants.

We had a great stay in Thessaloniki! We came quite late, and there was no one on duty, but thankfully I made the hotel aware and they had everything set up for me and my family! They have no parking, but arranged for us to park our car at a nearby garage for 13Euros/day. The rooms were clean, the location was great, our only complaint is that (ironically) the pillows were very uncomfortable!

Minimalistic hotel, with fantastic staff!

Pillow urban stay provided an amazing stopover experience in Thessaloniki for me. The location was very convenient, right at the heart of the city with walking distance to the seaside, cafes and restaurants. There even is a very nice cafe right across the street for some cold frappe action. We arrived with the car, which we were able to park 5 mins away in an underground garage that the hotel had an agreement with for an extra fee. Both Leonidas and Angelos at the reception were genuinely friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. The room itself was minimally designed, with all the necessary amenities present and solid air conditioning which was highly appreciated. I would definitely stay here the next time for a couple more days, as a refreshing base to explore the cities.
