High up in the hills in Théoule-sur-Mer, this is a 3-bedroom holiday home offering stunning sea views. There are a shared swimming pool and a shared tennis court to have fun outdoor. You can stay here in comfort with a family or 6 persons.

The holiday home is located near the forest of Esterel with its rugged coastline and beautiful hiking trails. You can easily reach the sea, sandy beach, restaurants, cafes and harbors. The town centre and supermarkets are at 1.5 km. Nice places to visit are the fashionable Cannes 17 km away, Monaco's capital Monte Carlo, the perched village of Eze, the perfume capital of Grasse and the quaint town of Mandelieu.

The holiday home has a fireplace in the living room to enjoy the fire on the colder evenings. Freshly prepared meals and cosy barbecues can be savoured in the verandah. To relax, you can walk straight onto the terrace, which offers a beautiful sea view. At night, you can take a leisurely walk in the fenced garden. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The train station is 3.5 km away.

A security deposit of EUR 100,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
