"The staff is super friendly and helpful, room is cozy. The best part is the location, close to a core station where you have access to multiple metro lines, very convenient to go to different sightseeing spots

"Wonderful view from the terrace in our room! Disappointed that we had to pay 400 euros on arrival as a security deposit as we had already fully paid for our rooms and only a card held should have been necessary.
Breakfast could have been better. Tiny space for buffet and selection not great quality.
Staff pleasant and helpful.
Bed was excellent. Had the best sleep which is why I have given five stars! "
"Castille is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. It is a small hotel with a 5 star service and vibe. Staff was incredible and service was awesome. Clean and beautiful. Thank you! "
"The value for money, location, cleanliness, and the staff’s service were all excellent and beyond complaint.
The only issue, if I had to mention one, was that the elevator was quite small."
"We had a short but lovely family stay with our 2yr old and 3m baby. The rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to."
