It’s a clean hotel and staff are polite. The rooms are comfortable enough. This however didn’t feel stylish or remotely luxurious so I’m wondering why it’s classed as 4 star?

great location just behind the famous Negresco and a few mins (3) from Promenade des Anglaise. Very friendly team - rooms good - bathrooms a little small - but great price right in centre of city -
