We also wanted room service food one morning and after waiting an hour we called back and the order was never placed. Service could have been quicker. "

The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"Older hotel with plenty of amenities. Very comfortable beds and updated showers. Our room had a fridge and a Keurig and the lobby serves coffee and tea all day. Easy walk to all downtown Santa Fe has to offer. "

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle available to take you to dinner and pick you back up. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate. They have FREE on-site parking, which is a rarity nowadays. They are located literally steps away from historic Canyon Road. We will be back. "
