"Beautiful and clean property. Nice amenities. However, every time we called down to have items brought to the room it took at least 2 calls and an hour plus to receive them. We also wanted room service food one morning and after waiting an hour we called back and the order was never placed. Service could have been quicker. "

The patio was part of the tiny enclosed entry and was shared by all three units. The room was small and cramped with only a small side chair and a desk chair for seating. The bathroom was also extremely cramped. The parking was almost impossible for anyone with a large vehicle. "

"This was our 5th stay at Las Palomas and wont be our last! We love the southwestern “feel” of your rooms , your awesome breakfasts and friendly staff! And all the little extras ( s’mores, ice cream, hot drinks, snacks ) to purchase and board games to play in your comfortable lobby. "

"Older hotel with plenty of amenities. Very comfortable beds and updated showers. Our room had a fridge and a Keurig and the lobby serves coffee and tea all day. Easy walk to all downtown Santa Fe has to offer. "

"We were very pleased with our stay here. We were warmly greeted at check-in. The room was clean and attractively furnished. Everything worked as it should. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle available to take you to dinner and pick you back up. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate. They have FREE on-site parking, which is a rarity nowadays. They are located literally steps away from historic Canyon Road. We will be back. "
