"My partner and I visited "Grateful Moments" retreat for a one week vacation. The house is stationed in a quiet forested neighborhood. It is very peaceful here. The house has numerous amenities that increase your comfort tremendously- for example central air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, a washer/dryer, a bathroom on the same floor as the master bedroom. Additionally, the house has wonderful recreational aspects. We enjoyed the game room! We played ping pong, and pool. Also, the deck and backyard are stocked with things to make your experience feel like a vacation! There is a large grill, smoker, hot tub, and fire pit. We love the neighborhood- having access to not just one but two community swimming pools, is such a delight. I have worked with our host for several summers now and they are very quick in their responsiveness, and have the friendliest demeanor. In fact, their kindness brings us back to the Woods. I am deeply grateful for them sharing this home."

"A beautiful spot in a very nice community! We loved having such a nice view of the lake in front of the house. Very quiet and peaceful and the hot tub was great! The area rugs had quite a few crumbs near the couch and the dining table, as the roomba vacuum did not seem to do the job on the rug areas. The wood floors were very clean though! I ended up vacuuming myself on the first night with the regular vacuum in the cabinet by the door. We had some issues with the TV in the living room as well as the first floor bedroom. It may be an internet issue, not sure. There was also no remote for the ceiling light and fan combo in the first floor bedroom. But overall a great spot for a week long vacation!"

"Beautiful home and outdoor area. We loved the screened porch. The home was clean and ready for us to unpack and relax!The pools were wonderful and very nice lifeguards and attendants. We’ll definitely return to the home!"

"This cabin exceeded our expectations! The host was outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The cabin was extremely clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The house was an ideal location and accommodation for a few golfing friends. The owner, Tom was quick to inform and answer any questions related to our stay. We have a couple wanna be folk singers and guitarists in our group so the large living room was perfect for the impromptu jam session. ALL our kitchen needs, available seating, bedroom and bath needs were provided by the owner. The residence offered more than needed parking and secluded outdoor space. AND The Woods' two golf courses were within walking distance. The guys in the group were quick to mention this house was one reason this became our best Spring golf outings thus far - 14 years in. We hope to have the house available to us in the future.Joe G"
