"The duvet on my bed was mildewy looking, the room smelled like urine when I first entered the room. The couch had the urinal smell to it, and the elevator was not working. Climbing those flights of stairs with a 48 lb suitcase was not my idea of a relaxing weekend in one of my favorite cities.Not a good experience"

"TLDR: Great bang for your family’s buck. I’d love to keep this a secret but they deserve the business. It’s one of the best family stays we’ve ever had. The location is amazing and now one of our favorite areas of Charlotte. The kitchen is very functional and the rooms are spacious and homey. The heated pool is well-maintained and the design is beautiful. The courtyard is picturesque and the gym is perfectly adequate. Everything and everywhere is clean."
