It was a decent experience staying in Hotel 116. I booked the room through expedia, and when i got there they accommodated the booking straight away. The check in was quick, but wasn't explained the deposit. Which was fine, just not explained and not in the expedia policies. Stayed for 2 nights, and the room service was by request. The tiles in the room we stayed at would benefit from upgrade, someone may slip and fall as the time by the entrance inside the room also had the sink. The sheets were clean and i liked the most about the stay was the smell, the hallway from entrance smells so good, and the convenience to the coffee shop and nice patio inside the property. Parking was convinient too!

We chose this hotel because of the location and we were glad we did. It was close to Pike Place market, a mall and many restaurants. Our room was modern and the staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend.

The staff is superb. Communication before, during and after is excellent. Everyone was helpful and very understanding when we needed to stay another night because our airline flight was canceled. Location is a convenient walk to major Seattle attractions.
