"Hotel was fine. Room was fairly small but appeared clean. The bathroom toiletries did not include conditioner and the body wash provided was barely enough for 2 showers. We arrived about an hour before check in and had no issues getting our room right away."

The windows are so heavily coated with grime that they are effectively opaque, making it difficult to see outside and contributing to the overall sense of neglect. In addition, the apartment is excessively hot and uncomfortable. The thermostat is not working and the air conditioning is not functioning. I have texted the host regarding these issues and have received no response. The temperature inside the unit has reached approximately 87 degrees, making the space feel like a sauna and not reasonably livable. Overall, the condition of the apartment falls well below basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability expected for a short-term rental."
