"In need of an upgrade/ renovations Door handle hot to open, ants at entry and bathroom We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive. Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre. These could have been set up by the pools or beach. TV wasnt working, air conditioning weak Good size room Once...

"Hotel in a perfect location! Right on Elli Beach and only a short 25 minute walk into the Old Town and harbour. Hotel was so lovely and offered a great choice of food in the buffet. Staff were attentive and helpful with a late check out. The room was lovely too with a good view of the swimming pool."
