"This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with easy (walking or driving) access to everything Emerald Isle has to offer. The host went above and beyond for us to make sure our stay was relaxing and stress free.Hopefully these two tips will help a future guest:1) If you are there during a heat wave, there are two window AC units, one in the second bedroom and one in the dining room. Once I turned both on, they kept the house cool with the main unit.2) For washing dishes, the dish rack doubles as a drying rack (the white trays catch the drips) and there is a rack over the sink to stage soapy dishes for rinsing. Once I figured out this system, doing the dishes was super easy.Thank you again for a wonderful, clean, well decorated, and well-furnished location!"

"I am terminal with leukemia so this vacation may be the last with my family and I could not be happier with our accommodations! The property management was so easy to work with. Our experience was stress free and lovely. In the event that we are all together for future outings, I will choose this property every time. We were in easy walking distance of food, drink, groceries, activities and the beach. We kept our “home” tidy as we visited and check in and out was very convenient. I couldn’t find a complaint if I tried! "
