"Clean room, kind staff. Airport shuttle great."

"The Paramount is in a good location, close to many great restaurants and easy access to affordable parking and the highways. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately that’s where the good things end. Our room was filthy, the bathroom especially which was in a state of disrepair. Black mold, water damage, our toilet stopped working day one but the as quickly fixed. Our biggest challenge came from the bed however. The first night we had to request our sheets be replaced as they were soiled/stained when we turned the sheets down. The bed itself was also extremely uncomfortable. We are 2 lightweight people and the mattress was extremely lumpy and uneven, very difficult to sleep on. "

"Very clean with a friendly staff. Coffee was good, airport shuttle was on time, plenty of parking and super easy property to navigate with pets. It’s an older building and not well insulated - still a terrific value and super convenient."

"I guess they really dont clean that much like vacuuming and wiping because there is a very dry bones of I dont know that is so visible beside the minifridge. And I found small earring in the floor. The breakfast is not much to choose but it can be filling. But the thing is, we only stayed for a night but why we need to endure on the dirt that supposed already been clean. The staff said that she will change the room but we have all our stuff settled already for a night. We pay right but that room is not worth the expectation. Just hire more cleaners and be clean. Thank you"

"NO MICROWAVE OVEN IN THE ROOM. SHOWER IS RAINFALL HAS NO PRESSURE BEHIND THE WATER STREAM. THE VALET PARKING IS NOT FUNCTIONING AS IT SHOULD….VERY CUMBERSOME."

"When we arrived my heart just sank. The staff was super nice and helpful but it was just so gross. The hallway smelled terrible, there were questionable people outside/around. Then we get to the room and it didn't feel clean. The bedding had stains, the toilet seat was burnt(?!!!), the door to the hall looked like the side had been axed, we had to keep the window open because of an odor, etc. We literally slept there only bc I knew I couldn't get a refund. Didn't use anything we didn't have to and jetted out the next day. I was so embarrased bc the trip was for my sister's bday and this is what I had to offer her on the first night. Please know I'm not a picky person, but this was so uncomfortable."
