"Room and staff were great. Some areas were difficult to locate by the map provided. The beach was being dredged so we had no beach access and lights and equipment were running all night the 2 days we were there. It would have been nice to know prior to check in since I purchased an ocean front room."

"Paulette was an amazing assistance to our stay. She was very attentive and patient. Our flight was delayed 5 hours and they accommodated us thoroughly with no worries. All the staff members were nice and welcoming also. There’s many pool areas, restaurants, and shopping centers. Highly recommend to anyone coming to visit Orlando. Great for all families."
