"Shuttle was fantastic. Easy and driver was very accommodating. Comfortable ride. Would do again. Rooms are clean but dated and furniture not really comfortable "

"Maintenance staff was great. Our front decks could’ve been better the woman helping us was on her phone talking to someone while helping us and it seem like it was not a business call. "

"Beware that there are two main buildings to the hotel. Marina side, be prepared to walk across a bridge in a hot hallway away from ALL amenities. Main building looks super new and upgraded, but marina building is older and surface level clean. Our room was clean, but looked like someone came in to paint or attempt to upgrade space on a budget. Pool area is small for such a large hotel, don’t expect to get a chair… not enough available. Although we had amenities bands, there was a hut stating we needed to pay for chairs at the beach. We got one time drink tickets upon check in, I guess that was a perk."

"There were many activities for all ages. Many things within walking distance of each other. "

"Staff are nice, the room was nice in terms of the layout. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t really clean. The carpets had a lot of stains and the couch bed was very old and falling apart. "

"very outdated, and dirty. Non of the towels felt clean as there was always some staining, the sheets had a smell and so did the room. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Only good thing was the beach access and the beautiful beach"
