"The front desk person was super courteous, welcoming and helpful. The shuttle driver very courteous and gave suggestions for restaurants. I will definitely stay again."

"The hotel was huge, didn’t expect to be staying on the 53rd floor but I appreciated the view of the city from up there. They have valet parking as well as garage self parking across the street. The bathroom was a bit small but the room was clean."

"Wish the beach benches were free, so many stuck without been use… we only needed for an hour or so.. who lays on the beach all day? Anyways we had a great time on the beach without the bench "

"The stay was over all pleasant but the staff at the lobby took forever to take care of the guests. Also, we have a child and needed to warm up milk constantly. The microwave is all the way in the game room making it a hassle to get there. There was renovation going on at the hotel therefore they gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite which was quite nice. Place was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were practically inside Universal Orlando Resort."
