I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was beyond disappointing. We booked this resort for a special mommy-daughter vacation and experienced issue after issue from the moment we arrived.
Several advertised amenities were closed, including major water attractions we specifically booked for. Communication about these closures was extremely poor. Staff claimed guests were notified in advance, yet multiple families we spoke with said they had no idea either.
Our room had multiple maintenance issues including a cracked bathtub, paint/chipping inside the tub, dryer problems, and plumbing disruptions during overnight hours. We also experienced delayed maintenance responses and inconsistent customer service throughout the stay.
To make matters worse, accessibility requests for my mother in a wheelchair were not accommodated despite being communicated ahead of time.
For the amount of money this resort charges, the lack of accountability, communication, and overall guest care was unacceptable. While Florida itself was beautiful and we made the best memories possible, the resort experience did not match the luxury pricing or expectations at all."
