"There was only one bar serving the whole resort. They were short on staff.. the food was ok, but they only had one restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The room were clean, some of the staffs were real friendly and helpful, but I am not sure if they are going through a transition, it seems like they are short on staff, and most of their employees were handling multiple tasks and jobs.. "

"The views from this home are absolutely spectacular—both sides of the house offer beautiful scenery. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and it was a great space for our group to relax and spend time together. It was also a really nice touch to have groceries stocked in the fridge upon arrival.Roosevelt, the concierge, was great—very helpful and always available when we needed him. We also appreciated the complimentary Moko Jumbie dancers and the late checkout, which were nice additions to our stay.The home could use a bit of TLC, particularly with some light switches and door locks, but overall it did not take away from our experience.We made wonderful memories on this family vacation and truly enjoyed our time here."

"We enjoy the east end if the island much more than mid to west end. We were 15 min from Christiansted and we loved it. Plenty to do on east end and much more laid back. St Croix itself is very laid back. House was perfect. Have nothing but good things to say and host was very responsive. I think directions once inside the facility could have been a tad better but once we got to the right spot they made much more sense. Be sure to turn and go through the gate on your left. Keypad is on the left. The security shack would be to the right of the gate. Then you drive to bottom and go clockwise right back up to the top. 45 isnt marked very well. Arrow points somewhat aimlessly. You do not go up the steps. Take the path just a bit to the right if the stairs and it is second house down path. No big deal at all. David was super responsive. Place was clean and adequately supplied. Would go again in a heartbeat. Got home at midnight last night and already ready to go back"

"We had a wonderful two months in this lovely condo while Massachusetts was having the one of the snowiest winters on record. How lucky we were to be in beautiful St Croix at The Reef. Loved playing golf and enjoying many meals out in fabulous restaurants. Duggan's at the Reef is a favorite. Our host Natalie was great. I only wish we could have met. Perhaps we will one day. A very enjoyable time in a great condo! "
